Services Options

Buckner’s To Go is our delivery service specializing in business and events. Our motto is “our food, your table”. It’s our goal to bring back the joys of a group of people siting down, around a table, and enjoying great food and good company. We like to think that we are doing our part to bring joy to what ever the occasion may be by making things less hectic for you and your guest.

Business Delivery

Buckner’s Business Delivery is a service that focuses on business of all sizes. We want to be the “full meal” go to option for all of the hard working local business-es.
Whether it’s an ala cart buffet for the ware house or individual plates for the entire office, we got you covered.

Event Catering Delivery

Buckner’s Event and Catering Delivery specializes in taking care of all of the planned event needs. Typically best suited for 50 or more guests. Great for wedding receptions, rehersal dinnes, holiday parties, and everything in between.

Event Catering Pickup

Buckner’s Event and Catering Pick up gives you the option to get out of the crowd and come pick up the whole meal for your next event. The same as the Event Delivery option, typically best suited for 50 or more guests. We can take care of those wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, and everything in between.

As long as you can make it back with out sneaking a piece of Fresh Fried Chicken, the whole experience is worry free.

Service Details & Fees

Early Pick Up Details & Fees

If you require a pick up time before our 11:00 open time, we will add an early pick up fee of at least  $150 to the order but may be more depending on order size and time of pick up.

For orders for 75 or more guests, requiring a pick up time before 11:45 am an early prep fee of at least $150 will be added to the order due to the staff needing to arrive early to prepare the order and the days’ menu.

Large Order Details & Fees

Preparing orders for larger groups takes more time and energy than small everyday orders and may even include staff arriving early to help prepare. Due to these facts, we include Large Order Prep Fees.

60-99 Guests – $95

100-150 Guests – $150

151-200 Guests  – $200

201-250 Guest – $250

251-300 – $300

301-500 – $450

 

Delivery

Delivery will be at least 15 minutes prior to dining time. Food items will be transported hot and delivered in disposable aluminum pans with lids. Menu items will be set up buffet style unless otherwise instructed. Hot holding is the client’s responsibility once delivery is made. All serving utensils, plates, rolled silverware, napkins, and cups are available for purchase but not included. Ice is not included. Adequate table space and storage space is a responsibility of the client and should be planned accordingly prior to delivery. A signed Delivery Agreement and 40% deposit is required to reserve the delivery time and date.

A minimum of $500 base price order (before tax, fees, and tip) for local orders under 15 miles.

A minimum $1,000 base price order (before tax, fees, and tip) for delivery orders over 15 miles.

 

 

Delivery Fees  by Mile

15 miles or less  = $50

30 miles or less = $250

60 miles or less = $400

60 miles plus = Starts at $500. Requires further discussion.

A fuel recovery surcharge may also be added.

Standard Orders To Go

Please use our standard Online ordering link above to place standard orders for 50 or fewer guests. This option will not include any type of in-house delivery options, but you can utilize third-party delivery services from the link or directly from those third-party apps. Third party charges and fees will apply.

Fifty or Fewer Guests

All of our menu can be ordered a la carte in bulk or by family meals, Online or by email and phone. Again, we just ask that you contact us through email or phone for any order that needs to feed 50 or more.

Whether you decide to pick up or have it delivered, we want to make your meal the best it can be. There are a few options available to take care of your event needs.

offerWe offer our standard Mega Family Meal that feeds 20-25. We limit those to 2 per guest if ordered Online. If you give us a call we can allow more than 2 per order with an added large order prep charge. Any order that needs to be picked up or delivered before 11:00 am will also include an early pick up fee.

We also offer serving and dining wares to complete your order. We offer a basic set with a basic foam plate, foam cup, and a single wrapped fork. We also offer a premium set with a heavy plastic decorative plate, a clear plastic cup, and a three-pieceand secured cutlery set rolled in a napkin andsecured with a decorative band. Each of these options are sold in sets of four.

Meeting Place &Private Dining

We would be honored to host your event. We enjoy seeing people  gather, and our space is perfect for it.

Our event space,The Meeting Place, is a 1,200 square foot open-concept room with 80-ish people, the ability to seat 175 people in a lecture style, and 80-ish people positioned around tables for dining. We will set tables and chairs to accommodate any type of event.

Service Details & Fees

The base per guest package is $25.00 plus a $3.00 linen fee and includes the choice of One Meat, Three Sides, Dessert, Bread, and Beverages.

The meal is set up as a self-serve buffet line. Other service options and additional menu items can be arranged for an added fee. The standard packageincludes include plates, cups, rolled utensils, serving wear, set up and clean up as well as your personal host/ server.

There is a 25 guests minimum for the full private dining. Even if you only have 20 in your party, we will still require payment for 25.

*A $3 per guest dry cleaning fee is added for table linens. This fee can be removed if guest supplies table coverings.

• All options include set up and break down of tables and chairs for your guests and use of sound equipment.

• Fees are in addition to room rental rates.

• All dining options are limited to room rentals of 3 hours or more and a 30-guest minimum. No outside food or beverages are allowed apart from cakes. Additional fees may apply depending on special request. A signed rental agreement is required!

• Private Buffet includes set up and break down, server, plates, cups, & wares. Items may be added or deducted as needed.

• A non-refundable 40% deposit is due up front to reserve room. Deposit will go towards total balance. Total balance is due in full on the day of your event.
